Privacy Policy (Miley PTA Service)

Miley's Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Operator") provides PTA and parent association services (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Policy") sets forth the handling of users' personal information in connection with the Service as follows.

Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information)

"Personal Information" refers to data that identifies an individual, such as name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, and biometric data. Applicable laws include Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. This Service is intended for parents, guardians, and school staff only. It is not designed for use by children under 13 years of age.


Article 2 (Collection Method)

We may ask users to provide personal information such as name and email address when registering for the Service. In addition, for users outside Japan, our third-party advertising partner (Google AdMob) may automatically collect certain information such as advertising identifiers, device information, and usage data for the purpose of serving advertisements.


Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

We collect and use personal information for the following purposes:


  1. Provide and operate the Service
  2. Respond to inquiries (including identity verification)
  3. Send emails about new features, updates, and campaigns
  4. Notify users of maintenance and important updates

  4. When providing data to Google AdMob for the purpose of delivering advertisements to users outside Japan (advertising identifiers and device information may be shared)

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

If disclosure is denied, we will notify the user promptly. A fee may be charged for disclosure.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion)

Users may request correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information. We will respond promptly if necessary and notify the user of the decision.


Article 8 (Suspension of Use)

Users may request suspension or deletion of personal information if handled beyond the stated purpose or obtained improperly. If implementation is difficult, we will take alternative measures to protect user rights.

AdMob may use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA on iOS and Advertising ID on Android), cookies, and similar tracking technologies to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. Article 12 (User Rights)

Users have the right to:

  2. Request suspension of use
